With over 30 years successful experience in senior global leadership roles, including at senior VP levels in global companies such as IKEA and NEFAB AB, Thomas brings extensive skills and experience secured in change management, HR strategy implementation, organisation and employee development, value-driven attract & recruitment processes, team & executive leadership development, strategic talent and succession development, and coaching and mentoring in international and intercultural environments.
Thomas holds a degree in human research management, a major in educational psychology, and is at the forefront of the latest techniques and leading practice for developing learning and competence in his role with Talentmiles, who are a Finnish based global leading learning path platform provider. Thomas is also an ICF/PCI accredited performance coach.

Jean-Yves has over 20 years successful experience in a variety of country and global senior leadership roles including global training manager for IKEA. He brings extensive skills and experience secured in strategic and operational roles and a number of disciplines, including business transformation, marketing, sales, food & beverage, retail, competence development, learning design, facilitation, training, programme management, mentoring and coaching to senior leaders and global organisations.
Jean-Yves holds an International business qualification, is a Batchelor in language, in addition to being a certified agile scrum master and qualified in DiSC®.
